This handover discrepancy report is authored in response to the explicit demand from Hazara communities across the United Kingdom, who elected and entrusted two leadership teams—led by Ms. Anis Rezai and Dr. Homira Rezai—over a six-year period to represent Hazaras nationwide and to fulfill the objectives of the Hazara Committee UK. These teams were mandated to deliver on the Committee’s mission and uphold its responsibilities. The preparation of this report is both a duty of the newly elected team and a direct response to the communities’ call for transparency, responsibility, and accountability. It aims to provide a clear record of activities, resources, and governance practices during the previous leadership terms, ensuring that the expectations of the Hazara communities for openness and integrity are fully addressed.
Purpose of the Report
The purpose of this discrepancy report is to establish transparency in identifying and documenting any deviations from expected standards, processes, or outcomes. By clearly outlining the nature and cause of discrepancies, this report ensures that all stakeholders have access to accurate and verifiable information.
